The Wafer Marker-Scriber Kit includes:
- Pen-style diamond scriber: optimal for top down scribe
- Fine scriber straight tip: optimal for top down precise marking and/or scribing
- Fine scriber angulate tip: 30 degree tip, optimal for top down precise marking and/or scribing
Note: Always remember to use safety goggles when cleaving a wafer.
