Description
Thin mono layers of graphene are created by using the process of chemical vapour deposition.
Characteristics
- Four thicknesses of graphene available: 1, 2, 3-5 or 6-8 layers
- Substrate is a microporous (2000 mesh) copper TEM grid with Beryllium-Copper support aperture
- Graphene coverage of the TEM grid more than 75%
Appearance
The graphene film is near-transparent to light-grey film depending on the number of layers and sit on the red-brown coloured Copper TEM grid. The TEM grid is supported by a gold coloured Beryllium-Copper disk with 2x1mm aperture epoxy-glued to the grid.
