Tissue-Tek® Base Molds by Sakura are reusable and are made of stainless steel. The extended fins prevent tipping and to provide a gripping surface for easy handling. The flat, metal bottom allows maximum heat/cold exchange to enhance embedding and releasing the paraffin block.
