Universal Calibration Slide – PS20 

Microscopes and image analysis systems are becoming increasingly complex to calibrate, requiring multiple image patterns to satisfy numerous parameters.  

The PS20 calibration slide was designed as a versatile and cost-effective solution for the measurement calibration of microscopes and machine vision systems. The slide features 13 different image areas to satisfy a wide range of calibration parameters: concentric circles and squares, line gratings, grids and dot arrays, square root 2 progression of dot and square blocks, and coarse and variable fine linear scales. Each glass slide has a unique permanent serial number and can be supplied with an internationally traceable certificate of calibration on individual or all patterns.

Starting from a fixed 'Datum Point' mark, each individual pattern or array can be located using X, Y, coordinates. The ID letter can be used to identify the patterns.
