The B-1000FL-LED offers full modularity from manual control to motorized options, including motorized nosepiece, stage and focus. The X-LED⁸ (8W) illumination system corresponds to 100W halogen bulb and is expandable with the Automatic Light Control (ALC). The ALC regulates the light intensity to a constant brightness no matter if the objective or the aperture of the diaphragm is changed. The microscope adjusts the light intensity to the preferred brightness by pushing a button.
The Full Koehler system combined with the X-LED⁸ lighting source ensures homogeneous illumination of the specimen with reduced image artifacts.

The selection of optics ranges from N-Plan to Semi-Apochromatic objectives and gives large overview with a field of view of 24mm.

The LED fluorescence* attachment includes blue and green LED (3.6W) illumination with 4-position filter holder equipped with standard filter sets blue and green.

The LED fluorescence ensures a long lifespan and is free from warm-up and cooldown times.
The included blue and green excitation filterset provide the visualization of the following fluorochromes: Acridine Yellow, Acridine Orange, Auramine, DiO, DTAF, FITC, GFP, YFP, etc. (blue) plus Rhodamine, Texas Red and TRITC (green).
