Clear Glass: Clear bottles are Wheaton '400' borosilicate glass. Low alkali content helps to prevent changes in pH and maintain purity of contents. Comes with "PTFE"-lined cap. Autoclavable. Amber Glass: Amber bottles are manufactured from Wheaton '500' borosilicate glass to protect light-sensitive samples.
