FIB Lift-Out Grids, Copper, 100 pieces

Like the Omniprobe grids, the less expensive copper lift-out grids are specially designed for in-situ lift-out. They are available with 2, 3, 4 or 5 spigots, which are small rectangular posts or “V” shaped mounting surfaces. These spigots are marked with letters or geometric signs for easy identification. All Lift-Out Grids have a diameter of 3mm.

Description

Die EM-Tec FIB Lift-Out-Grids aus Kupfer sind in Varianten mit 2, 3, 4 oder 5 Stegen erhältlich. Mit einer Dicke von 30-40 µm sind sie biegesteifer als Standard TEM Grids. Diese Grids durchlaufen einen einzigartigen Reinigungsprozess, um Kontaminationen zu minimieren, was zu einer verbesserten Montierbarkeit und Untersuchung von TEM-Lamellen führt. Durch den speziellen Fertigungsprozess besitzen die FIB Lift-Out-Grids aus Kupfer eine Senkung an den Kanten der Vorderseite und weisen glatte Seitenwände auf. Jeder Zapfen ist individuell gekennzeichnet.
