The Dino-Lite Edge AM4115T-GFBW has a 1.3 MP CMOS sensor and allows magnifications from 20x to 220x. This digital microscope is optimized for acquisition of fluorescent objects using blue 480nm LEDs for excitation and a 510nm emission filter for visualization of green fluorescence (GFP, Alexa 488, etc.) in biology or material research. The built-in white-light LED enables focussing and locating the desired object.
