Colloidal Silver, Liquid and Extender
Product Details
Description
This unique air-drying formulation is used to convert a variety of electrically and thermally non-conductive surfaces to conductive surfaces for many applications. These silver liquids may be utilized during circuit repair processes or as RF shielding materials.
During the application process (the product can be brushed, sprayed or dipped), the material will harden immediately as the solvent begins to evaporate.
The Silver Liquid will harden rapidly when the solvent evaporates. This is sufficient for most applications. For optimal results across electrical and mechanical applications we suggest curing at room temperature for approximately 16-20 hours or at 120-200°C for 30 minutes.
The use of a heat gun is recommended to facilitate curing. Depending on the application of choice additional layers of silver liquid can be applied in order to reach increased levels of conductivity.
