AURION Ready-to-Use Incubation buffer, with BSA-cTM, 1l

For low background noise levels in immuno(cyto)chemistry non-ionic detergents are used to prevent the non-specific binding of immunoreagents to hydrophobic compounds in the specimen. The two newly developed Ready-To-Use Incubation buffer formulations from Aurion (with and without Tween-20 (R) based on Aurion BSA-cTM can be used throughout the whole set of reactions (when appropriate), i.e., from after blocking to the final washing steps. For the optimal development of the alkaline phosphatase signal, after the immuno incubation, a different buffer system can be used (e.g. Tris buffer at pH 8-9). Shelf life of 18 months.
