Increasingly researchers are using live-cell imaging to study cellular functions. JuLI™, a smart fluorescent cell monitor, was developed to easily view and capture images from live-cell experiments.
JuLI™ uses state-of-the-art optics and image analysis to obtain fluorescent and bright field live-cell images from cell culture dishes in a sterile hood. The compact design allows installation in a tissue culture hood or incubator and limits contamination.
JuLI™ is able to capture sequential time-lapse fluorescence and/or bright-field images even inside your incubator. Growing live-cell images can be recorded and converted to movie files with the included software.
The PC software or Apps for Apple and Android devices can control all functions and transfer data using an optional WiFi-Kit. Data can be transferred by SD-card when JuLI™ is used offline.

All-in-one stand-alone system
The compact easy-to-use design allows JuLI™ to be placed in a tissue culture hood or incubator. The integrated touch-screen and on-board computer allows JuLI™ to operate without PC.
40,000 hour lifetime with white / blue / green LEDs
LED light utilized for bright-field and fluorescence imaging has a life expectancy of approximately 40,000 hours. Consistent performance over multiple years of use is provided with the white, blue and green LEDs.
No dark-room necessary
Unlike a conventional microscope, fluorescence imaging can be performed with room lights on and out in the main laboratory area.
Communication through wireless data transfer
Utilizing WiFi technology, all data (including images) can be transferred automatically from JuLI™. JuLI™ can be remotly controlled
